Underground Chinchiro (地下チンチロリン) is a variation of the dice game Cee-lo.

This game was created by Tarō Ōtsuki, the foreman of Kaiji Itō's group in the underground labor camp. He modified the rules in a way that he had the advantage over the game with his dice when he is the dealer.

Gameplay

The notable exception of Underground Chinchiro to normal Cee-lo is that dealer rotation moves clockwise, but each player may opt to pass their turn as dealer. More importantly however, there are no automatic wins for the dealer.

If they opt to play the dealer, they must play as dealer two times consecutively.
